An all but invisible trace of wood can be found on the pretty nose that mixes notes of pear, apple, floral and citrus peel. There is more volume and richness to the round and delicious flavors that possess both a lovely texture and plenty of punch on the saline and softly stony finish. This is an excellent villages and worth your interest.
Outstanding Top value
Pneumatic presses that are very gentle and keep all the lees. Racked two months ago to tank. Now that all his wines stay in the same cellar until bottling, he can rack less and invest in a longer future for the wines.
Quiet, stony, citrus nose. Some herbs. Very very tight and crisp, super-precise and elbows all tucked in. Opens up to a pretty hint of blossom.
