A very subtle hint of oak sets off notes of spice, citrus peel, pear, acacia and tidal pool aromas. There is excellent size and weight to the impressively intense, rich and full-bodied mineral-infused flavors that possess fine detail on the almost painfully intense, tangy and lemony finish. This strikingly beautiful effort is presently quite linear and will require a few years to blossom.
