Tasting Notes

This is also brooding but a bit more elegant with a pretty mix of dark berries, violets, black cherry, spice and enough earth character to notice. There is a sleek palate feel to the detailed and vibrant middle weight flavors that exude a subtle bead of minerality on the ever-so-mildly rustic and austere finale.
