Tasting Notes

Has a pretty nose, with blackberry, flowers and licorice-tainted mineral. Full-bodied, with dense fruit, fine tannins and a long, minerally finish. Best after 2010. 5,415 cases made.

James Suckling, Wine Spectator, March 2008

Dark purple. Slightly charred note on the nose but lots of ripe fruit and energy. Smooth and much more friendly than many Fronsac vintages. Chewy and honest. Fresh and lively. 2012 - 2020
