Tasting Notes

Translucent pale ruby in hue, the 2016 Pinot Noir Los Alamos Vineyard offers up an earthy bouquet of beetroot, spice, citrus rind and cola. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied, supple and open-knit, albeit a little ephemeral, with melting tannins and juicy acids. This is structured for near-term consumption. 2018 - 2021
