**Note: 40+ year old vines mostly situated in Vaillons proper with additional parcels in Châtains and Epinottes**
This is still very primary and backward and only aggressive swirling reveals aromas of green fruit, white flowers, pepper and hints of mineral reduction and iodine. The medium-bodied flavors are equally tight with excellent delineation and salinity that continues onto the bone dry and lemon-tinged finale. Good stuff and worth considering.
