Tasting Notes

A beautifully ripe, spicy and expressive nose leads to round, opulent and full-bodied flavors that bear little resemblance to a typical Aligoté as it's powerful and mouth coating. Given the prices that the usual stuff sells for, they are anything but concentrated yet this is textured and dense. Impressive. Drink 2008+
