Nuits Saint Georges, Philippe Pacalet 2015

Tasting Notes

Very mild reduction does not completely mask the softly exotic quality of the underlying fruit. The very rich, round and seductively textured flavors possess a succulent, even borderline lavish, mouth feel before terminating in a clean, dry and mildly austere finish. This could use 2 to 3 years of bottle age so that the borderline linear finish can flesh out. Drink: 2019+
