Tasting Notes

Shows some mature hints at first, with cedar and coffee sneaking in on the dried currant, fig and blackberry fruit. But this gains steam on the palate, with tangy mineral, briar and grilled herb notes checking in on the lengthy finish. Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz and Merlot. Drink now through 2012. 3,500 cases made.
