Chassagne Montrachet Champs Gains, Paul Pillot 2016

Tasting Notes

Pretty and attractively fresh aromas offer up notes of various white orchard fruit, resin and a discreet hint of petrol. There is fine richness to the agreeably textured and caressing middle weight flavors that conclude in a delicious and relatively refined finish that is tighter than it usually is. This well-made effort should drink well young and age well over the mid-term.
