Tasting Notes

Prominent citrus elements suffuse the markedly floral scents, in particular those of acacia and gardenia, along with nuances of Granny Smith apples. The sleek, intense and stony middle weight flavors possess a sophisticated mouth feel before culminating in a tightly coiled and chiseled finish. This youthfully austere effort is going to require at least some patience.
