The NV L’Étonnant Monsieur Victor Edition MK 11 opens in the glass with a complex bouquet of lemon oil, dried white flowers, chalky soil tones and an elegant top note of fino sherry. On the palate, the wine is medium to full-bodied, deep and fine-boned, with racy acids, an open and expressive but discreet core and a long, distinctly saline finish.
