Tasting Notes

This too is overtly spicy and floral with notes of warm earth, plum and cool dark cherry. There is both good volume and detail to the less prominently mineral-driven medium weight flavors that possess a chalky mouth feel, all wrapped in a delicious, balanced and nicely complex finale. This is lovely stuff and already quite harmonious. Drink starting 2026
