Tasting Notes

A beautifully airy and elegant nose is comprised by essence of dark berries and spice, both of which are trimmed in just enough wood to merit mentioning. There is both good volume and vibrancy to the medium-bodied flavors that exude hints of bitter cherry pit and minerality on the mildly warm and less structured finale.

Allen Meadows, Burghound.com (77), January 2020

Bursting with aromas of ripe cherries, raspberries and plums, mingled with notes of rose petals and spices, the 2018 Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru Les Feusselottes (Méo-Camuzet Frère & Soeurs) is medium to full-bodied, velvety and fleshy, with succulent acids and a ripe but lively core of fruit. Méo not only purchases the grapes from this parcel but also farms the vineyard.
