Tasting Notes

There is just enough mint to notice on the pretty, ripe and fresh nose that blends floral and citrus hints with those of mostly white orchard fruit aromas. There is good if not truly special density to the medium-bodied flavors that possess a really lovely and seductive mouth feel, all wrapped in a balanced, intense and impressively long finish. As one might reasonably assume given this wine's terrific track record, it is still very much a baby and will need at least 7 to 8 years to really flesh out and develop the depth for which it is quite rightly known. While there is certainly enough baby fat to allow this to be enjoyed young it would be a minor shame to waste the potential.
