Chassagne Montrachet La Romanée, Lucien Le Moine 2015

Tasting Notes

Firm reduction completely overshadows the underlying fruit. However, there is a wonderfully textured, even seductive, mouth feel to the muscular yet refined middle weight plus flavors that brim with dry extract that also serves to buffer the moderately firm acid spine while delivering first-rate persistence on the balanced finish that is also notably dry in the context of what is typical for the vintage. Worth your consideration.
