Tasting Notes

Pale, coppery mahogany in the glass. Fresh and nutty on the nose, with a light smokiness and real vibrancy. Dried citrus peel and orange liqueur, with a hint of preserved lemon. The palate is tense and high in acidity, reminiscent of drier styles of Madeira. Saline, elegant and fine, with an elegant but deceptively long finish.
