Gevrey Petite Chapelle, Domaine Bruno Clair 2011

Tasting Notes

There is enough reduction to knock down the nose and thus I would recommend decanting this first if you're going to try a bottle young. There is good minerality on the refined middle weight flavors that culminate in a pure, dusty and mildly austere finish. This is lovely and as it usually is, the mouth feel is elegant even though there is ample, and quite firm, structure present.
