Tasting Notes

A solid red, with berry, currant and spice on the nose and palate. Medium- to full-bodied, with good tannins and a medium finish. Slightly hollow mid-palate.

85/88
James Suckling, Wine Spectator (April 05), April 2005

Rich, bloody, solid nose. Chunky, honest, very respectable wine with a little bit of green tannin but a very solid, very slightly rustic effort. More polish than most in this part of the Médoc. Drink 2014-22
