Fairly deep ruby colour. Sweet black fruit, garrigue and pepper together on the nose, this is intense and ripe. The palate follows, with a fleshy core that coats the palate. The tannins show good grip and suggest a potential to age, but the succulent fruit is already open and ready to go. Layers of strawberries and darker plums wash over the finish on this moreish and easy-to-like wine.
