Tasting Notes

The wine is a bright ruby color with a delicate and perfumed nose. It's a Garnacha that comes from a single vineyard in the village of San Martín de Unx that fermented with 20% full clusters in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts and matured in French oak barrels for nine months and was then kept in stainless steel until bottling. The palate is medium-bodied, and the tannins are very fine and elegant. There is great balance and freshness, and the flavors are pure, clean and with a long-lasting effect. It's truly delicious. They produced 737 bottles of it. It was bottled in May 2020. Drink 2021 - 2026.
