Tasting Notes

Outstanding Top value
An expressive and airy nose reflects notes of mineral reduction, green fruit and plenty of citrus influence. There is slightly better density and a more attractive texture to the delicious flavors that flash good minerality on the dry, balanced and moderately firm finish. This is worth a look for its level. Drink: 2025+

Allen Meadows, Burghound.com (84), October 2021

A little more lemon with lime in colour, and a more complete expression of Chablis on the nose, marine minerals alongside the fruit. A fresh lime note comes through on the palate along with the marine character, impeccable balance and very good length.

Jasper Morris MW, Inside Burgundy, January 2022

Domaine wine with 50-year-old vines from a number of vineyards, including north-facing plots underneath Les Lys, north west facing opposite Vaillons and south facing around Troesmes, plus some mineral soils from around Chichée. Intense and driven, you can smell the Kimmeridgian. Great energy and focus. Spice on the finish, precise acidity. Will age for many years. Bottled just before the 2021 harvest. 2022 - 2026
