Tasting Notes

A more deeply pitched nose is both spicier and riper with plenty of floral elements and in particular violet. There is notably better concentration to the middle weight flavors that are at once refined and serious on the lingering and balanced finale. This is a really lovely Bourgogne and highly recommended. Note: vinified with 50% whole clusters Drink: 2023+
