Tasting Notes

Very pale salmon pink colour. Fresh and fragrant with peach blossom, white strawberry and a hint of cherry on the nose. The palate shows more intensity than last year, with juicy stone fruit, citrus and fresh red berries coming through. Dry and vibrant in acidity, this is moreish with a lightly savoury tone on the finish. Another perfect sunshine wine to drink over the coming months.

Farr Vintners, Farr Tasting, March 2022

A 60-40 blend of Grenache and Cinsault, the 2021 IGP Pays d'Oc Argali Rosé is a pale flamingo-hued wine with tempting aromas of just-ripe strawberries, white peaches and lime zest, backed by hints of crushed stone. Plump and medium-bodied in the mouth, it fades a bit quickly on the finish, but remains fresh and appealing.
