The Tessons came in at a more normal - but still low - 28hl/ha this year, and the wine is superb. Notes of Anjou pear, apple, yellow orchard fruit, smoke and toasted wheat, framed by a touch of classy new oak, are followed by a glossy, full-bodied and texturally refined wine with bright acids. It has a multidimensional structure, and good grip on the finish.
