Tasting Notes

This is ripe yet distinctly floral and airy with its pure mix of pear, apple, lemon zest and soft spice wisps. The intense middle weight and overtly stony flavors are equally tightly wound on the chiseled, complex and impressively long finish. This markedly dry but not really austere effort is at once powerful and refined.
