Latricières Chambertin, Francois Feuillet 2013

Tasting Notes

The 2013 Latricières- Chambertin Grand Cru has a light bouquet with red cherries and wild hedgerow scents. I would like to see more fruit intensity develop here. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins and nicely judged acidity. This “flows” more than the Clos-de-la-Roche and offers a pleasing fleshy finish that lingers nicely. I might actually pick David’s Latricières-Chambertin over his Chambertin this year.
