Tasting Notes

Disgorged in Decmember 2018 with 2.8 grams per liter dosage, the 2013 Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs Premier Cru Les Nogers displays notes of fresh peach, crushed chalk, beeswax and walnut oil. On the palate, it's full-bodied, deep and multidimensional, with racy acids, chalky structuring extract and a long, mineral finish. From a Cuis lieu-dit that segues from sandy to chalky soils as one ascends the slope, this is a formidable Blanc de Blancs in the making. 2020-2035
