Tasting Notes

Tasted at the chateau. This is an exceptional Domaine de Chevalier Blanc, certainly the one to seek out in recent vintages. It simply has a beautiful nose with wonderful definition and sense of minerality. Apple, lime and a touch of Lychee, very focused and poised. The palate has superb weight, very good acidity and concentration. It is slightly viscous with a touch of clear honey towards the finish. Very long and satisfying. Drink 2012-2025. Tasted September 2008.
