This wine reveals a healthy opaque purple color, dense, concentrated fruit, and moderate tannin, but the wine's flavors were marred by a slight filter pad, musty smell. Perhaps I saw a defective bottle. Judgment reserved until a second bottle can be tasted. Last tasted 1/97
