White peach garlanded with orange blossom and thyme on the nose of this wine lead to a palpably dense palate whose herb and fruit matrix incorporates bitter peach kernel and Seville orange, along with crushed stone and a sense of herbed chicken stock as one would more usually encounter for Chablis. For all of its perceive density and its barely 13% alcohol, this bottling displace an admirable sense of levity. Raw almond mingles with flowers, citrus and mineral intimations in a seriously yet downright refreshingly long finis. Donnhoff observes that for the first couple of month after bottling, this was by no means displaying its present virtues, and might well gain additionally in stature even short-term. I would anticipate 8-10 years of exemplary behaviour),
Elegant aromas of guava, smoked almond and lemon oil. Taut cling peach and a salty minerality form layers on the palate. Dense but delicate wine with a bright, spicy finish. Very refreshing.
