A very fresh and bright nose of citrus, algae, spice and sea breeze scents leads to delicious, punchy and nicely concentrated middle weight flavors that display even better complexity, all wrapped in a bone dry, clean and impeccably well-balanced finish. This too is really quite good and worth a look.
(vinified in 80% cuve and 20% fut): Pale yellow-green. Musky apple, quinine and a minty nuance on the nose. At once fine-grained, silky and penetrating, with serious thickness but a light touch to the flavors of lime and crushed stone. This spreads out impressively on the palate without betraying any heaviness. The persistent, subtle finish leaves behind a suggestion of anise.
