The 2011 Wild Sauvignon Blanc exudes lovely pink grapefruit, green guava and baker's yeast aromatics intermingling with touches of cedar and shaved almonds. Medium to full-bodied, it has a gorgeous, satiny texture and plenty of exotic fruit flavor topped with just a kiss of toastiness before finishing with lingering, honeyed peach notes. Drink it now to 2016+.
