Tasting Notes

A discreet application of wood allows the ripe aromas of cassis, earth and black cherry to be appreciated. The suave, round and opulent flavors possess a very supple and accessible mid-palate before culminating in a mouth coating and lingering finish that evidences just a hint of rusticity. Excellent.
