No tasting note given.
Tasted at the property. Now this is an excellent white Graves. Tiptoeing into its secondary phase there are hints of beeswax and wild honey beginning to emerge, along with superb delineation. The palate has good weight, a little more tension than the 2009 tasted alongside. Viscous in texture with almond shaving, cashew and honeycomb, this 2007 has a long, satisfying finish. Superb. Tasted June 2011.
