Vosne Romanée Cros Parantoux, Méo Camuzet 2006

Highly complex upper register and very fresh aromas of airy red and black fruit plus spicy floral notes of mostly violet with a bit of rose petal merge into rich, full and sweet flavors that are wonderfully detailed and possess a pungent and firm minerality on the textured, pure, precise and persistent finish. Really lovely quality here fashioned with real style and grace. A classic Vosne with buried structure that confers a deceptively accessible impression to what will require at least a decade to fully blossom.
