Chambolle Musigny Les Charmes, Domaine Ponsot 2009

A wonderfully elegant nose of notably ripe red cherry liqueur cut with wet stone and warm earth notes that can also be found on the utterly delicious, concentrated and sappy middle weight flavors that possess excellent depth on the balanced and strikingly persistent finish. Like the Cuvée des Alouettes, I can't ever remember seeing a better vintage for this wine at this early stage.
