Tasting Notes

The 2014 Nuits Saint-Georges 1er Cru Les Saints-Georges had really evolved beautifully and was one of the domaine's strongest 2014s when I tasted several at their cellars. It has a superb bouquet: beautifully defined, elegant with plenty of pure raspberry and crushed strawberry fruit. The palate is medium-bodied with a slight savory entry and fine tannin. There is a pleasant salinity on structured and elegant finish. There is impressive breeding here and it has great potential. Tasted November 2016. Drink Date 2020 - 2040
