Tasting Notes

A reserved, spicy and notably ripe nose of red cherry, plum and violet aromas that precede rich and full-bodied flavors that are large-scaled if not really massive while possessing a textured and mouth coating finish that is delicious yet serious and impressively long. This should require 7 to 10 years to arrive at its optimum age.
