Tasting Notes

Here the nose is quite similar to that of the straight Ech but in this case there is just a broader range of spice elements including a hint of sandalwood. The sleek, intense and refined imposingly-scaled flavors possess solid mid-palate concentration and impressive power on the moderately complex but seriously persistent finale. Like several of these grands crus, this is going to need at least half a dozen years to flesh out and add more overall depth.
