Puligny Montrachet, Benoit Ente 2016
Here there is enough reduction to knock down the nuance of what appears to be ripe white orchard fruit aromas. Otherwise there is fine volume to the sappy and attractively textured flavors that brim with dry extract that also buffers the moderately firm and ripe core of supporting acidity shaping the lingering, complex and citrus zest-suffused finale. Lovely juice.
