The 2022 Encinas feels cleaner and less reductive than previous years, and it's floral, perfumed and even elegant. It fermented in concrete with 66% full clusters for 30 days and matured in a 5,000-liter oak vat. It's medium-bodied and juicy, with very fine tannins and elegant, floral flavors that linger on the finish. This is the most elegant vintage of Encinas that I can remember. It has a contained 13% alcohol. Some 6,000 bottles produced. 2024 - 2029
