If Noa is all about granite soils, Ava comes from the other side of the Swartland in Riebeeksrivier and is planted on schist. Slightly more open and supple as a result, it's another delicious Chenin Blanc, with aromas of thatch and botanical spices and a palate of pear, citrus and yellow apple underpinned by a note of quinine-like bitterness. Drink 2025-30.
