A restrained, cool and ultra-floral nose displays notes of freshly sliced apple and discreet spice elements. There is an even more refined texture to the almost delicate and lightly stony flavors that dance across the palate on the beautifully persistent finish. This isn't as complex as it needs to be to merit the upper end of my projected range but it's already awfully pretty. Note: from a .78 ha parcel of vines planted in 1995 Drink: 2027+
