Tasting Notes

A more deeply pitched if slightly less fresh nose displays notes of cassis, plum, dark currant and earth. There is a bit more volume present with very good mid-palate concentration to the seductively textured middle weight flavors that culminate in a mildly austere finish that is not quite as harmonious as the straight Chorey cuvée. (Drink starting 2017)
