An attractively fresh nose features cool and relatively high-toned red cherry, pomegranate and hints of the sauvage and humus. The mouth feel of the precise, intense and much more mineral-driven medium weight flavors is notably finer though they don't possess the same richness or seductive texture, all wrapped in a saline and impressively persistent finish where a hint of bitter cherry emerges.
