Rising star of the Pessac Léognan area, producing a special cuvée on a old typical format of the Bordeaux region: the Marie-Jeanne (2,25l).
Entire renovation of both technical tools and processes under the impulsion of Guillaume Pouthier, famous for its “infusion winemaking”.
A 100% Cabernet Franc cuvée, with the use of 65% of whole crop, not destemmed nor crushed.
Aged during 4 years, first on new oak barrels and then on amphoras.
Offered with a perfume created and designed by Barnabé Fillion, and inspired by the story of the estate.
