Tasting Notes

The 1989 Doisy-Daëne has a refined bouquet with more delineation than the 1990, yellow plum, apricot and quince aromas, touches of praline and almond that emerge with time. Macadamia nuts emerge with time. The palate is very composed and more complex than the 1990, edgy and very saline, desiccated orange peel mingling with dried apricot and grapefruit, fanning our wonderfully towards the composed finish. Divine. Tasted at the vertical at Doisy-Daëne. (Drink between 2021-2045)
