Pinot fin, planted in 1999 at 14,000 plants/ha and tressed rather than hedged. One row in two is trained higher, leaving space for the enjambeur tractor to circulate on the lower rows. Medium deep ruby purple, An elegance of fruit on the nose. This opens out very nicely, with raspberry-strawberry fruit of impressive density and a compact finish.
