Tasting Notes

The 2021 Chablis Montmains 1er Cru has a pretty and vivacious bouquet with yellow plum, honeysuckle and light flinty aromas. The palate is well balanced with fine depth, orange pith and yellow plum notes, gaining weight towards quite a persistent finish. Delicious! Tasted blind at the BIVB tasting in Chablis. (Drink between 2023-2033)
